I am now in remission from secondary breast cancer in the lungs, liver and bones. Just before I began my chemo last August I went to the library to stock up on easy reading. There on the 'New Books' shelf was the 'Cancer Directory' just waiting for me! What a gift that has been. I ordered all 3 CD's and found them totally invaluable. You have the most beautiful voice for leading people into relaxation, visualisation and meditation.
I was on Taxotere and Zometa. I am 69 and previous to my diagnosis I had had pneumonia, a DVT, a  diabetes diagnosis, treatment for a superficial tumour on my bladder and pulmonary embolism. Yet throughout my chemo and in spite of being neutropoenic every cycle My blood count was always really high by each treatment date and the side effects were minimal - partial hair loss and fatigue. I totally took on board all you advice and my morning ritual involved a strong visualisation and repeating affirmations such as 'Minimal side effects' etc. I know that all your advice and help contributed so much to how I coped with the treatment.
I have recently given presentations to the SCAN (SouthEast
Scotland Cancer Network) Forum and the GSF(S) Facilator's workshop singing your praises.
I feel so fortunate that I found your book when I did and have benefited so much from it. From the bottom of my heart thank you
