Health Creation Daily

During her 25-year career, Dr Daniel has become certain that the nutrition most of us receive from our diet is insufficient to maintain optimum health. This view has been formed from extensive study of the scientific research which identifies a serious ‘nutrition gap’ amongst the British population. This gap is viewed by many doctors and scientists as being a predisposing factor for many of the chronic degenerative diseases of today, and undermines optimum health for all of us.

This concept, first defined by Dr Paul Clayton1, is based upon the following factors:

• Good nutrition is fundamental to optimum health
• The 'nutrition gap' in modern nutrition is caused by the substantially lowered nutritional value of our modern day food and water,  most particularly due to reduction of soil quality from intensive farming,  food processing, cooking methods which further de-nature food, and the  pollution of water and is the difference between the levels of essential  nutrients deemed to be optimum for the preservation and
promotion of health2 and the level that British people are ingesting from  their diet (calculated from CRC and DEFRA data).
• This nutrition gap is linked by sound research to the causation of many of
the common degenerative diseases of our generation3, 4, 5, 6
• The provision of effective and comprehensive nutrients to bridge this gap  is vital for our protection, and this simple step can avert many serious  health problems from developing
• Nutrients in the same form as those found in food (food state) are in the  most effective and appropriate form to bridge this gap, as they have been  found to be the most bio-available way to get vital nutrients into the body  and the metabolic pathways where they are needed 7, 6, 8, 9

To address the nutrition gap, Health Creation and Cytoplan have worked together to produce the Health Creation Supplement range which is made from food state nutrients and designed to make up the likely deficiencies in the diet of British adults. From this range, we are proposing the adoption of the Health Creation Daily programme of supplementation, which, along with the healthy diet suggested in this leaflet will form a great basis for the promotion of radiant health and well-being.

A full explanation of this nutritional theory is to be found in an explanatory booklet
‘Bridging the Nutrition Gap’, available from Health Creation, Cytoplan or the Mentor who gave you this leaflet. This gives a detailed account of why nutrient shortfalls are so widespread. It also describes the signs of deficiencies of certain nutrients and most importantly what you can do to redress this problem in your own life and the lives of your family.
